A. FULL DAY - INFANTS, TODDLERS, AND PRESCHOOLERS $23.60
  • This rate covers up to 10 hours of care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
  • Includes lunch and 2 snacks where applicable.
B. KINDERGARTEN $16.87
  • This rate covers up to 7 hours of care for kindergarten children.
  • Includes lunch and 1 snack where applicable.
D. SCHOOL AGE WITHOUT LUNCH $24.56*
  • This rate covers up to 4 hours of care for school age children.
  • Includes 1 snack.
F. FULL DAY – SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN $52.43*
  • This rate covers full day care (up to 10 hours) for kindergarten and school age children, for example: PD days and summer holidays.
  • Includes lunch and 2 snacks.
SUPPLEMENTAL RATE $2.84
  • This rate may be payable as a supplement to each of the rates listed above in special circumstances.
  • If your School Age child does not meet the eligibility listed below*, the supplemental rate will be $6.00.

Rates listed above are effective December 31, 2022.

All rates quoted are per day, per child, according to the category of care for which parents and the agency have contracted.

Global Child Care Services is enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning & Child Care (CWELCC) System.  The fees listed above reflect a further 37% reduction for a total reduction of 52.75% as per the CWELCC.  

*If your School Age child is in kindergarten or grade 1, you may be eligible for a reduced daily fee of $12.00 for the D rate and/or $23.60 for the F rate, if the following applies:

  • if you pay more than $12/day for child care and your child is under 6 years of age; or
  • if you pay more than $12/day for child care and your child will turn 6 between January and June (eligible for the fee reduction until June 30, 2023). Children turning 6 later in 2023 are eligible until the end of their birth month.
